LIFETIME SERVICE GUARANTEE

The device is covered by a 2 (TWO) YEAR WARRANTY against workmanship and manufacturing defects, including all its parts, provided that it is used as stated in the user manual and is not intervened by us for maintenance, repair or any other reason. Intervention by anyone other than our authorized technical service personnel is not covered by the warranty.

 

If the device is intervened by persons other than Frigomart Authorized Services and parts other than original parts are used, the warranty is void. Therefore, you can forward your service requests to our company through the Frigomart Call Center at 0332 342 02 91.

Determining the technical methods to be applied to eliminate malfunctions and determining the parts to be replaced are entirely our company's responsibility.

The warranty period of the goods replaced during the warranty application is limited to the remaining warranty period of the purchased goods.

Malfunctions that occur during loading, unloading and shipment after the delivery of the goods,

ow or high mains voltage; making electrical connections without grounding; Damages and malfunctions caused by faulty electrical installation are OUT OF THE SCOPE OF WARRANTY.
